Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Post job openings on multiple platforms including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / virtual interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Build and manage candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment(preferably in consulting, finance, or professional services.)
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS / HRMS systems is a plus.
