Job descriptionPrior experience of originating debt Prior experience of leading a team to create data packs / CAMs / diligence notes for lenders. CA / MBA finance or similar field Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a relevant field in Banking / NBFC / AIFs Experience in Balance Sheet and P&L analysis Good proficiency in written English, Excel, and Powerpoint Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Finance, Legal, Treasury). Freshers with a strong conceptual understanding of the responsibilities listed above are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead origination and execution of debt.
- Manage a team to :
- Prepare transaction-related data and material e.g. Teasers, Information memorandums, CAMs etc.
- Prepare monthly reports / monitoring data packs and book debts to be shared with lenders for their monitoring exercise.
- Monitor and report compliance of covenants on a quarterly basis or as laid out in loan agreement.
