The Role

The role of Integrated Solutions Support Specialist belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have five office campuses across the state and we have these two roles based at our Leederville office.

The two Integrated Solutions Support Specialists provides essential support for school administration systems and integrated enterprise applications within the Catholic Education Office. This role works closely with the Integrated Solutions Support Lead to ensure the smooth operation, training, and ongoing improvement of school administration platforms. The Integrated Solutions Support Specialist is responsible for testing system updates, delivering user training, updating documentation, and providing timely support to schools and staff.
