What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen and engage healthcare professionals for various U.S.-based roles including but not limited to :
• Physicians (Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry etc.)
• Psychiatrists and Psychologists
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs / LVNs)
• Allied Health Professionals (Therapists, Technicians, Medical Assistants, Pharmacists etc.)
• Behavioral Health Specialists, Counselors and Social Workers
• Medical Clerks, Front Office and Administrative Healthcare Staff
• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding
• Use multiple sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles across different U.S. states
• Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to meet client hiring needs and submission targets
• Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations, credentialing processes and licensing requirements
• Provide a strong candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication
