Founded by a parent of an autistic child, the organization is built on a deep personal mission : to ensure that every child with autism receives love, structured care, and the confidence to thrive — regardless of their financial situation.

We are in the early stages of building our ecosystem of therapy programs, community support, and awareness initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, part-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapy Assistant, located in Chennai. The Speech Therapy Assistant will be responsible for supporting licensed speech-language pathologists in providing therapy services to clients, particularly children. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, assisting with the development of treatment plans, documenting client progress, and communicating with families and educators regarding client needs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and strong Speech skills
• Effective Communication skills and ability to work well with Education professionals
• Experience in Working With Children is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Speech Therapy Assistant or similar role is a plus
