Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflows within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector . The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, preferably in GxP-regulated environments. You will work closely with IT, Quality, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the rigorous demands of pharma operations..

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized applications on the ServiceNow platform including workflows, UI actions, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data imports.
• Implement and manage ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or CSM depending on business requirements.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Servers) with external systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, change management, and release processes.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
• Ensure the platform follows best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
