Qualifications Skills and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping and integrating data.
- Hands-on experience ServiceNow – ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping)Strong experience with ServiceNow integration tools like Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Experience working with Data Transformation tools (e.g., Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps).Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) for mapping and transforming data.
- Knowledge of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with SQL and querying relational databases.
- Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTP)Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
