Key Responsibilities :

Supplier Sourcing :

Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for ELV system OEMs.

Contract Negotiation :

Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.

Purchase Order Management :

Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project / site requirements.

Order Tracking :

Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination :

Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges.

Quality & Compliance :

Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Reporting :

Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.

Qualifications : Skills :

Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
