D2C / E-Commerce Operations Associate

Mosha Health is a fast-growing health-tech startup focused on healing chronic gut issues through nutrition, lifestyle, and science-backed wellness solutions. We're now expanding into the nutraceutical and supplements space — creating products that combine clinical effectiveness with clean, high-quality ingredients.

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can help us launch and scale our supplements vertical end-to-end.

Role Overview :

You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to execute the complete e-commerce and product launch journey — from managing vendors and licenses to ensuring products are listed, shipped, and visible on leading marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone with a finance or business background (CA / BBA) and 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce operations, or consulting (Big 4 - KPMG / EY / PWC / Deloitte preferred), who wants to build something from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. E-commerce Setup & Management

• Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the Mosha website
• Coordinate product shoots, descriptions, and content uploads
• Track sales, returns, and platform analytics
