Role : E-Commerce Lead
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our D2C and marketplace business (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). The ideal candidate must come only from an e-commerce brand background with a proven track record of driving revenue, optimizing performance, and managing full-channel P&L.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Ownership
- Own topline & bottom-line for all e-commerce channels.
- Build annual / quarterly business plans and drive execution.
- Manage cross-channel marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI.
- Identify & expand into new channels.
2. Channel Operations & Growth
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, stock & customer feedback.Ensure competitive pricing & product availability.Work with performance, creative & content teams for campaign excellence.Improve funnel metrics & conversion efficiency.3. Vendor & Marketplace Relations
Manage marketplace relationships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).Drive visibility campaigns, growth initiatives & platform-specific strategies.Coordinate with supply chain for accurate inventory & fulfilment SLAs.4. Marketing & Analytics
Oversee performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and influencer strategies.Optimize spends based on CAC, ROAS & performance trends.Maintain strong KPI tracking and reporting discipline.5. Operations & Customer Experience
Ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.Monitor returns, escalations & operational SLAs.Work closely with finance on reconciliation & reporting.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business;MBA / PG preferred.
8–13 years of experience in eCommerce / Digital Growth , with full P&L handling.Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and D2C platforms.Strong analytical skills;proficiency in ads managers & marketplace dashboards.
Experience in funnel optimization & conversion improvement.Excellent stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration.Passion for premium beauty & digital storytelling.Candidate Profile
