Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and business strategy.
Description
The AVP, Specialist, Strategy & Planning will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position involves developing comprehensive strategies that drive growth and efficiency while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Assist in the development of budgets and resource allocation for strategic initiatives.
