Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support & Operations Manager, located in Thane. The manager will be responsible for overseeing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and analyzing operational data. Additionally, the role includes coordinating and managing programs to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
