We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Your Mission :

Cost Optimization : Analyze purchasing data and supplier contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.

Delay Management : Monitor supply chain operations to identify potential delays, proactively developing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain timely delivery schedules.

Supplier Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.

Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production and customer demands.

Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate logistics processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing and logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

What you should bring with you :

Proven experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Someone with experience in logistics all over the world

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in export / import from Asia to Europe and familiarity with Incoterms and whole logistic chain process is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
