Human Resources Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy implementation, and human resource management. Responsibilities also include overseeing HR management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) Experience with HR Operations and Employee Relations Knowledgeable in HR Policies and policy implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a similar role is a plus
