Role Overview : Centre Head

We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic  Centre Heads  to lead our training centers across India.

As a Centre Head, you will be responsible for driving center operations, mentoring the sales team, ensuring learner satisfaction, and achieving business targets. This role is perfect for leaders who are passionate about people, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the training center.

Drive admissions, revenue growth, and center profitability.

Mentor and supervise the sales and support teams to ensure consistent performance.

Oversee learner experience, faculty coordination, and session quality.

Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and team training.

Collaborate with marketing, academic, and leadership teams to achieve center goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive work environment.

Who You Are

A proactive leader with strong operational and team management skills.

Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and drive results.

Strong understanding of customer experience, sales cycles, and center operations.

Experience in EdTech, training, or education industry preferred.
