Must have skills :

A Salesforce Project Manager combines deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform with strong project management capabilities to drive the successful delivery of CRM and business transformation projects. They are responsible for :

• Overseeing end-to-end Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Managing cross-functional teams, including developers, admins, business analysts, and consultants.
• Planning and executing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Applying Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensuring data integrity, system integrations, and user adoption through rigorous testing and change management.
• Utilizing Salesforce-specific tools like Jira, Copado, and Change Sets to streamline deployment and maintenance.
