As a Manager Salesforce QA, you will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce QA's apart from creation, execution, and maintenance of tests according to test scripts and test plans.

Your role and responsibilities :

You will manage a team of QA testers and be responsible for contributing to the testing vision and roadmap for Sales Technology. Define and implement Test Automation Strategy. Defect Management and Reporting. Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, and debug software solutions. Report issues found back to development and / or project management teams and / or implementation teams. May be required to develop and maintain testing tools to be used by the broader team. May also specialize in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and / or Process Improvement.

• Conduct a range of quality control tests and analyses, utilizing expertise and knowledge of industry trends to ensure that all problems are resolved and that software meets or exceeds specified standards, development specifications, or client requirements.
• Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Draft, revise, and approve test plans and scripts for other team members. Act as a mentor for other team members in revising and giving advice.
• Develop, revise, and approve quality assurance and testing policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee the defect management process, ensuring that defects found during testing (both automated and manual) are accurately documented, tracked, and communicated.
• Use expertise when collaborating with internal or external team members to plan all applicable test phases to ensure that applicable test phases are successfully completed and documented, and there is a plan for problem resolution.
• Generate comprehensive test reports that summarize test results, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights into software quality.
• When specializing in QA, develop, assure, and maintain the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures and methods.
• Stay informed about emerging testing tools and technologies, evaluating their potential benefits and adopting them when appropriate to improve automation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Process Improvement roles : Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements. Collect and analyze process data to make recommendations on improved business practices and procedures.
