About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced sales and marketing team focused on expanding market share in India's flexible workspace market. This on-site role blends direct sales, field marketing and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, improve occupancy and build long-term client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales for assigned territory : prospect, qualify, negotiate and close B2B deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts; deliver tailored proposals and coordinate onboarding with operations for smooth handovers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records; produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new segments, pricing opportunities and partnership channels.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, and site tours, delivering compelling commercial presentations and demos.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in field sales or business development roles.Demonstrable skills in lead generation, negotiation, and closing large-ticket deals.Experience preparing commercial proposals, pricing packs and contract negotiations for corporate clients.Comfortable with frequent on-site work, client-facing meetings and intra-city travel across assigned territory.Preferred
Prior experience in coworking, commercial real estate or facilities-as-a-service sectors.Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO / SEM, LinkedIn outreach, to support demand generation)Benefits & Culture Highlight
