Lead-Resiliency Management (13 / 10 / 2025)

Responsibilities :

• Review the design & Enterprise architecture of the Infrastructures.
• Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies & procedures of the risk management.
• Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
• Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
• Review the quality of documentation (Availability, Standard, Freshness).
• Report the discrepancies / compliance issues to Risk Manager / Authorities.
• Analyse Incidents to identify if they are due to resiliency / obsolescence or insufficient documentation.
• Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities.
• Conduct planned / un-planned internal audit.
• Facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plan.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs.
