Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to business analysts and QA team members on manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and have measurable acceptance criteria
- Identify edge cases, risks, and requirement gaps early to improve story quality and test coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to promote quality
- Define and execute test strategies : manual test cases, automated scripts, web and API testing scenarios
- Develop and maintain automated test suites, integrate them into CI / CD pipelines
- Identify, track, and ensure timely defect resolution including root cause analysis and process improvements
- Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and standards for better efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate across QA, development, and product teams to align quality goals, timelines, and delivery
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate customer feedback
- Ensure final product meets user expectations for functionality, performance, and usability
