Key Performance Indicator Analyst

This role involves creating scalable dashboards, automating data flows, and translating business needs into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include :

• Designing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and similar tools.
• Developing user-friendly dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
• Integrating and analyzing data from platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Implementing and managing systems for data storage and organization using tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Automating reporting processes using scripts and APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and executive teams to deliver insights and answer key business questions.
• Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for all reports, systems, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate is both technical and business-minded, comfortable working cross-functionally, and eager to grow into a leadership role within six months with mentorship from the current Head of Analytics.

Key qualities include an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, a goal-oriented approach with a strong focus on driving measurable results aligned with business objectives, and action-oriented behavior taking initiative to turn insights into execution and moving projects forward with urgency and ownership.
