Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager - Investor Relations & Corporate Development. This role is crucial in managing communications, driving fundraising efforts and ensuring timely reporting through structured monthly updates.

The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of communication, including pitch decks, updates, press releases and fundraising materials.

• Manage all investor inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with the finance and leadership teams to prepare and present monthly reports, including key business metrics and financial performance.
• Support and drive fundraising processes — helping identify potential investors, coordinate due diligence and manage ongoing conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field; MBA preferred.

2–5 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital or investment banking.

Strong skills in Excel and financial tools.

Deep understanding of financial statements, business metrics and expectations.

Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex financials.

Relationship-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
