Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee and manage financial accounting functions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of construction accounting principles, financial management, and compliance. They will be responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, including periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and comprehensive controls and budgets.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process
• Manage yearly audit and tax compliance process
• Establish and maintain internal controls
• Provide management with information vital to decision-making

Requirements :

A CA / CPA certification with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
