Are you a content leader with expertise in digital platforms and customer-first design? This role offers the opportunity to shape the way millions of users experience content across public websites, mobile apps, and secure platforms.

About the Role :

As an AVP Content Designer, you will :

Lead the design, development, and optimisation of complex, structured content across multiple digital platforms.
Drive the transformation of content authoring and delivery, ensuring governance, semantic structuring, and best practices in CMS usage.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to ensure content meets business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience principles.
Manage, coach, and develop content production executives, while championing collaboration and innovation.
Be the subject matter expert in AEM, CMS governance, and content production, ensuring efficient and impactful delivery of digital content.

Key Responsibilities :

Build, test, publish, and maintain content across customer-facing sites and secure channels.

Own the end-to-end content production lifecycle for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into customer-centric content journeys.

Deliver large-scale site migrations, campaign launches, and continuous optimisation programs.

Lead by examplecoaching teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring content excellence at scale.

What Were Looking For :

8+ years of experience in Content Management & Digital Platforms.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, Jira & Confluence.

Experience managing content production teams and leading digital transformation projects.

Proven ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.

Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a passion for user experience.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of HTML & basic CSS.

Experience in UX-focused content management and strategy.

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
