Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead with 5 to 6 years of hands-on expertise in performance engineering and test management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to guide a team of performance testers, and deep knowledge of performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices. The role involves defining performance strategies, driving execution, analyzing bottlenecks, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management :

• Lead and mentor a team of performance testers and engineers.
• Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of performance test activities.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, architecture, and QA.
