Unbridaled AI is an AI-powered platform for seamlessly sourcing diamonds and gemstones from around the world. With just a click, our platform delivers high-quality diamonds or gemstones to our clients, streamlining the traditional jewelry sourcing process.

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to maintain

  • accurate financial records
  • manage day-to-day accounting
  • support compliance with exports and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho accounting and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Provide all reports & documents to our CA
  • Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, bills) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, collections) and payroll
  • Manage employee reimbursements, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC where applicable).
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Proficient in Zoho Books, Payroll and Exports is a plus.
  • Experience in working diamond industry is a must
