Key responsibilities :

• Assist the architectural and engineering teams in integrating façade design into overall project design.
• Coordinate façade design activities between HO, zonal façade teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Track façade design deliverables, submissions, and approvals using standardized trackers.
• Reviewing façade drawings, details, and material submissions for compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and mock-ups.
• Prepare façade design review notes, action trackers, and consolidated status reports.
• Support procurement in technical clarifications and vendor evaluations.
• Assist in organizing and documenting design review meetings, mock-up inspections, and factory visits.
• Provide guidance to zonal façade design teams in line with corporate façade design policy.
• Highlight design risks, conflicts, or delays to the reporting manager for resolution.
