Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager-Fashion Design. The Assistant Manager-Fashion Design will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to final styling, researching current fashion trends, and leading a team of designers. Day-to-day tasks will include creating mood boards, sketches, and prototypes, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring designs meet brand standards and market needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in fashion design, garment construction, and textile knowledge
• Experience in trend analysis, market research, and design conceptualization
• Skills in team leadership, project management, and collaboration
• Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the fashion industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends
