Project Lead

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Lead to oversee software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Core Java, multithreading, and design patterns, coupled with extensive experience across the entire SDLC. This role requires proven abilities in project monitoring, control, and performance management, including successful engagement with overseas clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Utilize strong expertise in Core Java for technical guidance and problem-solving within the project.
• Apply knowledge and experience in Multithreading and Swing to guide development teams in building robust applications.
• Implement and ensure the effective use of Design Patterns to create scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Oversee and manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Lead Requirement Management , including gathering, analyzing, and documenting project requirements.
• Implement effective Project Monitoring and Control mechanisms to track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Drive Performance Management within the project team, ensuring high productivity and quality of work.
• Manage relationships and communication with overseas clients , ensuring their expectations are met and fostering strong partnerships.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
