Overview

Unity Systems, a professional RPO firm, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do :

Generate and secure new business opportunities.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Prepare and present proposals for recruitment and staffing services.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in business development / sales (US staffing / RPO preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.

Ahmedabad market knowledge is a plus.
