experience preferred but open to other industries

Education : CA / MBA

Note : Looking for an Investor Relations leader from a listed company (~₹25,000 Cr market cap) , with scope to expand into Corporate Strategy within 1–2 years .

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to lead our Investor Relations (IR)

function. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic investor communications,

support leadership with capital market insights, and contribute to shaping the company’s long-

term value narrative. It is ideally suited for someone from a sell-side background looking to

transition into a corporate strategy and investor-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Communication & Disclosures

• Lead the development and delivery of clear, consistent, and compelling investor

communications that reflect the company’s performance, vision, and strategy.

Quarterly Earnings & Reporting

Investor Engagement

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
