Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid - 3 days Work From Office)

Experience : 5+ Years

Shift Timing : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for Workday security design, configuration, implementation, and support, ensuring secure access management across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and manage Workday Security frameworks including role-based and domain security.
Define and maintain security groups, user roles, and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement secure solutions.
Perform audits, troubleshoot access / security issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Support Workday releases, testing, and regression activities to ensure security settings remain effective.
Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and data protection standards.
Document security processes and provide training / support to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Security.

Strong knowledge of Workday security groups, domain / role-based security, business process security policies, and segregation of duties.

Experience in Workday configuration and support.

Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Mode :

Hybrid (3 days Work From Office - Gurgaon)
