Senior Public Relations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and media-savvy PR to support the planning and execution of our public relations efforts. This role involves media relations, content creation, and day-to-day coordination of PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Media Relations

Build and maintain a strong media network across print, digital, and electronic platforms.

Coordinate media outreach, follow-ups, and ensure regular coverage for the brand.

Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, and interview briefs.

Track media opportunities and pitch story ideas to relevant journalists.

Content Creation

Develop engaging and on-brand content such as press releases, articles, FAQs, and event briefs.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft relevant communication material.

Support the development of presentations and speaking points for company representatives.

Campaign & Event Support

Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, media events, product launches, and press conferences.

Coordinate logistics with media and event agencies.

Ensure smooth execution and timely media coverage of events and campaigns.

Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor media coverage and create daily / weekly / monthly media reports.

Analyze coverage for reach, tone, and alignment with key messaging.

Maintain PR documentation and media clippings database.

Crisis Communication Support

Support the PR team during crisis situations by drafting statements and monitoring sentiment.

Help manage response timelines and media coordination.
