Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing real estate assets, overseeing leases, performing financial analyses, and developing strategies to maximize the return on investment. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, coordinating with developers and clients, managing property performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Portfolio Management and Asset Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Location - Sector 54 Gurugram.
