QA Tester @ Thumo (Africa’s first super-app)

We’re building Africa’s super-app, starting with food delivery. Fresh off a $1.2M funding round led by Soma Capital, Sequoia Scout Fund, A16Z Scout Fund, and top Silicon Valley angels, we’re hiring a QA Tester to ensure our platform delivers the reliability and user experience needed as we expand into new African markets. This fully remote role provides you with exposure to a fast-moving Silicon Valley startup while allowing you to work IST hours from anywhere in India.

What you’ll do

• Test our iOS, Android, and web apps to ensure smooth and bug-free user experiences
• Develop and execute test cases across functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs in collaboration with the development team
• Work closely with international engineers and designers to develop QA checklists and uphold product quality
• Provide feedback on usability, performance, and reliability before launch into new markets
