Salesforce Technical Architect

Must-Have :
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 10+ years of experience in a leading role in Salesforce projects, 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Sales Cloud and the ability to work in an agile manner to turn around / develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design / build with sufficient control in place.
Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (CPQ functionality implementation on Sales Cloud), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and problem-solving skills.
Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design.
Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards
Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical specifications while adhering to Salesforce best practices
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify current gaps and challenges and gather requirements
Present solutions to business stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the integration process to ensure seamless implementation of Requirements.
Provide guidance to the development team, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to the design and conduct functional walkthroughs.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with product owners on the project
