Delivery Executive Manager – Smart Factory – Consumer Goods, Food and Beverages & Retail

Job description

The Delivery Executive will be responsible for leading and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory programs within the Fast-moving Consumer goods and retail sectors. This includes overseeing MES / MOM implementations, Industry 4.0, Smart factory initiatives and IT / OT integration across global manufacturing sites. The role demands deep domain expertise in consumer goods, strong program & Delivery governance, and the ability to drive value realization through digital innovation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Program Delivery : Lead large-scale MES / MOM, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and IIOT / Manufacturing Data Platform initiatives across multiple sites
• Client Engagement : Act as the delivery interface for geography and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, efforts, cost and quality expectations.
• Pre sales, Solution Design and CoE : Oversee proposed solution design and provide pre sales support and grow Smart factory CoE
• Team Leadership : Manage cross-functional teams including solution architects, domain consultants, and delivery managers.
• Governance & Risk Management : Establish delivery governance frameworks, manage escalations, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Innovation & Best Practices : Promote adoption of AI / ML, Gen AI and other digital innovation for future-proof operations

QUALIFICATIONS :

Qualification – Bachelor of Engineering, / Master of Technology and above
