Senior AI Staff Engineer - Python

Description :

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer for our clients R&D team based in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning and deep learning models across diverse domains such as computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.

You will be responsible for designing intelligent algorithms that power next-generation AR / VR devices, enabling real-time perception, understanding, and interaction. This position requires a strong foundation in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and hands-on expertise in taking AI solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement AI / ML models for real-world applications involving computer vision, natural language, and multimodal data.
• Develop and optimize models for real-time, on-device AI in AR / VR hardware environments.
• Apply edge optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, compression) to ensure performance under constrained systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, training workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Work closely with hardware, product, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of AI components.
