With a focus on quality, integrity, and collaboration, we are expanding our back-office operations and seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounting & AR / AP Specialist to support our US staffing business.  Position Summary  We are looking for a highly skilled accounting professional with in-depth experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Account Reconciliation within the US Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing accounting functions for small to mid-sized staffing firms (2–10 million USD revenue range), including timesheet management, payroll coordination, and immigration documentation support.  Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes—invoice generation, vendor payments, and follow-ups on outstanding dues.  Maintain accurate and complete accounting records, ensuring compliance with staffing industry standards.  Collect, verify, and approve consultant timesheets in the ATS, ensuring accuracy of hours worked and documentation.  Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing at month-end.  Perform account reconciliations and generate financial and management reports as needed.  Support immigration and compliance processes, including collection of required documents for visa transfers and coordination with legal teams.  Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding payments, documentation, and financial processes.  Take full ownership of assigned accounting tasks and continuously improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.  Required Qualifications  Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the US Staffing industry, preferably with small to mid-sized firms (2–10 million USD annual turnover).  Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Account Reconciliation.  Strong understanding of timesheet management and ATS workflows.  Experience in coordinating payroll submissions and ensuring accurate time and billing data.  Working knowledge of immigration documentation support and coordination for visa processes.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Preferred Skills  Proficiency with ATS platforms, accounting systems, and payroll software.  Familiarity with US compliance, invoicing standards, and vendor documentation processes.  Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.  Ability to collaborate effectively with management, finance, and recruitment teams.  Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
