Job Description

• Assist customers in resolving technical issues during product implementation
• Support customers in reviewing hardware circuits
• Help customers address application issues related to hardware, firmware, and software
• Monitor customer usage and product performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotion
• Communicate across departments and coordinate resources for strategic planning and project execution
• Provide technical support for product applications, design suggestions, and firmware / software issue analysis within the department
• Be familiar with product knowledge relevant to the industry
• Beta Site Engagement
• Use equipment and instruments (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters) to assist customers in troubleshooting
