We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily training operations, coordinate learning activities, support trainers and learners, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all training operations and batch activities
• Coordinate and schedule sessions, including occasional off-hour sessions
• Handle end to end batch operations including onboarding, LMS setup, scheduling, trainer coordination, server allocation, assessments, certifications, and placement notifications
• Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the program
• Manage learner support, feedback collection, drop out control, reviews, referrals, and WhatsApp group communication
• Oversee data accuracy, exam and voucher coordination, LMS technical support, vendor liaison, and trainer remuneration follow ups
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational records
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to process enhancement
