Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Admission Executive to manage and lead the student admission process. As the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, you will play a vital role in guiding them through every stage of the enrollment journey. This role requires a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to represent our institution with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Student Inquiries
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding academic programs, entry requirements, and the admission process.
Application Processing
Review and verify application forms for accuracy and completeness.Track and manage essential documentation such as transcripts, ID proofs, and test results.Admission Guidance
Support applicants and their families throughout the admission process.Offer personalized guidance, address queries, and ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience.Event Coordination
Organize and participate in admission-related events such as open houses, info sessions, and campus tours.Represent the institution at educational fairs and external recruitment events.Data and Records Management
Maintain accurate records of prospective students and application statuses using CRM tools.Generate reports to track performance, trends, and admission targets.Policy Compliance
Ensure all admission procedures comply with institutional policies and applicable regulations.Stay updated on changes in education policy and adapt procedures accordingly.Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective student recruitment campaigns.Coordinate with academic departments to resolve applicant-specific concerns.Continuous Improvement
Gather and analyze feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to enhance the admission process.Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred background in Business, Education, or Marketing).Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is an advantage.Key Skills
