About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, technology, and creative problem-solving, with a proven ability to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution : Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Digital Presence : Maintain and enhance company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google.
Advertising : Create and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, and Twitter to generate leads and drive conversions.
Content Management : Update and manage website content, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and brochures (including multi-language versions).
SEO & Analytics : Conduct on-page and off-page SEO; monitor and analyze traffic, lead generation, ROI, and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics.
Market Research : Perform competitor analysis, industry research, and identify emerging trends to support marketing strategies.
Events & Webinars : Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, virtual events, and marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Development, and Leadership teams to develop marketing collaterals and ensure alignment with business goals.
Reporting : Generate detailed reports to measure campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Creative & Design Support : Contribute to design and creative efforts for marketing materials (experience in graphic / web design or animations is a plus).
