Position Overview :
As a Marketing Specialist at Ignitho, you will be responsible for driving targeted marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support sales in winning strategic deals.
You will own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing, content strategy, digital engagement, and event management.
The role requires a marketing professional with deep B2B experience, a solid understanding of the IT services landscape, and the ability to create competitive differentiation through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Demand Creation :
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority clients and industries.
- Support sales in large deal pursuits with tailored marketing strategies and customized assets.
Content & Brand Positioning :
Develop and manage high-impact marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and sales collateral.Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging with client needs and business priorities.Enhance Ignithos visibility through thought leadership and digital channels.Market Intelligence & Strategy :
Conduct competitive and market research to provide insights into industry trends, opportunities, and risks.Recommend marketing approaches to position Ignitho strongly in a competitive IT services environment.Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on performance analytics.Execution & Collaboration :
Partner with internal teams and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.Track, measure, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs.Drive partner marketing and event-based demand generation initiatives.Must-Have Skills :
Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Specialist within the IT services industry (data and analytics preferred).Strong expertise in lead generation, ABM, and integrated campaign execution.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.Education : Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or CommunicationsNice-to-Have Skills :
