Roles and Responsibilities

To take care of allocation received from client

• Monitor the performance of telecaller & field executive to take the feedback / reports regarding compilation of allocation of client
• To insure smooth function of field executive working on client's allocation
• Setting weekly / monthly credit collection recovery target
• Managing the telecaller team and assisting the junior staff
• Prepare the reports of calling trailers on daily basis and submit to the management as and when required
• Review field follow-up for the portfolio managed towards achievements of target set
