💬 Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a structured, child-centered environment — someone who wants to make therapy transformative, engaging, and empowering .

You’ll help neurodiverse children achieve milestones in motor coordination, sensory processing, daily living skills, and independence — while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed developmental & sensory assessments and prepare professional reports.
• Design & deliver individualized therapy plans focused on sensory, motor, and ADL goals.
• Guide & counsel parents for effective home-based interventions .
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Psychologists & Special Educators for case reviews.
• Maintain detailed documentation, therapy notes & progress updates .
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.

👩⚕️ Who You Are

You have :

✅ BOT / MOT (Registered with a recognized council)

✅ Experience (1–3 years) OR passionate freshers open to learning

✅ A genuine love for working with children having ASD, ADHD, or developmental delays

✅ Strong communication, empathy & collaboration skills
