Qualified 8-10 years experienced CA / MBA Finance from Real Estate Industry who has experience of Finance.

Location : Pune(5.5 days working)

Company : A well known Real Estate Developer

JD :

1. Lead deal evaluation, finance, regulatory, reporting and asset management functions

2. Responsible for setting up processes and policies, bring in internal controls, maintain cash flows, improve efficiency.

3. Tax structuring, legal documentation and financial diligence.

4. The role encapsulates the day to day management of overall finance function, financial planning and strategy, treasury and tax, project work related to acquisitions.

5. Management reporting , group finance reporting aligned to business strategy.

6. Ensure financial processes operate at a high standard, particularly in consolidation and group reporting functions.

8. Drive monthly, quarter and fiscal closure. Work on the financial statements for both month ends and year ends.

9. Automation of reports

10. Implementation of Internal controls, DOA, rolling out SOPs, streamlining the processes etc.

11. Complying with IFRS & IGAAP.

12. IPO experience is a must. People Management Skills : Will play a crucial role in Finance department in setting up processes and policies, bring in internal controls, maintain cash flows, improve efficiency Requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
