Sr. Automation Engineer (Tosca)

About Our Client

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest) and Service now for various software applications, including web, API based, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects using designated tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices in test automation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest), Service now and test automation best practices.

Job Description

• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and Tosca.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest), Service now.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
• Expertise in Tosca test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns.
• Experience with API testing and automation.
• Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications in Tosca or other relevant testing tools.

Good to have :

Experience with performance testing using Tricentis products (NEOLoad).

Experience with mobile testing using Tosca.

Experience in manual testing metrology
