Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the company's client base. Bring creative and innovative sales approaches to the team, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales processes and decision-making. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Provide input on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales team. Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms. Proven track record of successful sales leadership in IT Services and Consulting. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive sales growth. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. / M.E. or a related field. MBA is a plus
