We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Hardware Services Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of IT hardware products and related managed services. This role requires strong technical understanding, persuasive communication skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven technology solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across SMB, enterprise, and government sectors.
- Promote a wide range of IT hardware solutions including servers, storage, networking equipment, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and related services.
- Engage with decision-makers (IT heads, procurement teams, CXOs) to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and post-sales support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT hardware trends, brands, and competitive offerings.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market intelligence regularly.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.2–7 years of proven experience in IT hardware or technology solution sales.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, end-user devices, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Existing network or client base in the IT hardware domain will be an advantage.Preferred Skills
Experience selling products from brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.Familiarity with managed IT services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and IT procurement.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.What We Offer
